Andinet International College holds its Seventh Monthly Seminar

Andinet International College held its Seventh Monthly Seminar successfully today, October 17, 2024. The College is glad to see its achievement in seminar organization that has contributed to the leadership, faculty, graduating students and the management team of the holding Company, Andinet Education and Training PLC. AIC is also happy to have guests from Andinet International School, the Sister Institution, Management who enthusiastically participated by sharing outstanding views in the Seminar and made it more colorful. In the past seven Seminars, topics of crucial academic and national issues were discussed and the community gained rich experience from the presentation and debate.
Today’s Seminar was on “The Role of Effective Leadership in Organizations” by Dr. Moges Addisu from Graduate Program, moderated by Mr. Tatek Tadesse, Acting Dean, Distance Education Division. The Seminar was officially opened with an introductory note by Mr. Abraham Menna, Head, Research and Community Service, and organizer of the Seminar. He reflected on the successful journey we have had and what should be done to further heighten the level of the Seminar.
The Seminar was very insightful, engaging, and educational where important questions, comments, and suggestions were forwarded concerning the types of leaders for organizations in our country, and elsewhere in the world.
In his closing remark, Dr. Demewoz Admasu, the President, highlighted essential points regarding effective and situational leadership, and leadership development that can be realistic in our today’s world, a lesson, especially to the young staff, succeeding leaders.
The College is grateful to the presenter, moderator, participants, and the management team from Andinet International School for their contribution to the productiveness of the Seminar and to our common goal.
