Andinet International College Hosts its 6th Monthly Seminar on “The Role of Complaint Management and Information Systems in Organizations” today, September 19, 2024. It was organized by the Office of Research and Community Service and featured insightful presentations from Mr. Tensae Desalegn and Mr. Sisay Wayu. The moderation was expertly handled by Dr. Tadesse Demeke.
The presenters explored how effective Complaint Management systems and Information Systems can enhance organizational efficiency and responsiveness, offering valuable suggestions for improvement.

The session sparked lively discussions, with active participation from both students and staff. We were especially proud to see our South Sudanese students engage in the conversation, reflecting the College’s inclusive and diverse academic environment.
