Registrar

Registrar serves as an entry point for those who want to apply for admission to the College. The major operational areas of the Office are Admission and Registration Services, Academic Document Processing, and Student Services. AIC registrar admits new students based on the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education (MOE) for all programs. Students can find admission requirements for each program under the program’s home page. In addition to new students, the registrar will accept transferred students from accredited programs of other higher education institutions. Admission for degree programs on the advanced standing basis applies to students who graduated with college degree diplomas from an accredited institution of higher education based on the exemption policy of the College that goes in line with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education. The admission, registration, readmission, add and drop, transfer service procedures and general requirements are stated in the AIC Student Support Manual based on AIC legislation. Students can apply for these services online or in person at the Gurd Shola Campus or Piassa Tewdros Adebabay Campuses. The admission fee for TVET and undergraduate programs is 250 Birr, and for graduate programs, 500 Birr.
