On June 27, 2024, Andinet International College (AIC) hosted its 6th Annual Research Conference under the theme “Quality Education for Life Success.” The event featured distinguished speakers and was highly successful.
The conference began with an introduction by Mr. Abreham Menna, Head of Research and Community Service at AIC, followed by welcoming remarks from Dr. Demewoz Admasu, Executive Vice President of AIC, who stressed the importance of research and innovation.
Eng. Saba Ataro, CEO of Andinet Education and Training PLC, delivered the opening speech, sharing her inspirational journey and insights on leadership and perseverance.
Dr. Worku Negash, President of AIC and Co-founder of AET PLC, gave the keynote address, emphasizing the vital role of research in academic and professional success. His personal and professional experiences resonated deeply with the audience.
A notable panel discussion featured Mr. Bekalu Yayeh from the Addis Ababa Education and Training Quality Regulatory Authority, who discussed the impact of quality TVET programs. Prof. Solomon Negash from Kennesaw State University, USA, spoke on the role of IT in scientific knowledge and the internationalization of private higher education.
The conference included research presentations by Dr. Abdreheman Seid, Ashebir Tekle, Mr. Lissanework Tekle, Mr. Feyisa Debisa, Abdella Kosa, and Mr. Tatek Tadesse. The event concluded with a summary of key takeaways and the issuance of certificates by Dr. Worku.
